The new ad campaign for Volkswagen is kicking
off with a hilarious 60-second Star Wars-themed TV commercial ‘The Bark Side’.
Its canine stars bark the theme song to character Darth Vader, pups are dressed
as Ewok and Chewbacca, and even Darth Vader makes an appearance… as a black
Labrador retriever! Following the success of last year’s ad for Super Bowl in
the US, the automaker is again fronting the annual championship football game
and the teaser video has already had 7 million views on Youtube since
mid-January.
