Intel is pulling out all the stops in what is said to be the biggest ad campaign the company has seen in 8 years. Famous recording artist (the Black Eyed Peas star), and Intel’s director of creative innovation, Will.i.am has been enlisted to front the creative new concept ‘Ultrabook’. Hot on the heels of Apple, the ‘Ultrabook’ is said to be similar to Apple’s MacBook Air which has proven to be a phenomenal success.
The campaign to push the new slim line and lightweight notebook computers will begin in April 2012 and Intel watchers suspect that this will mark the beginning of fulfilling the company’s ambition to get its chips into smartphones.
We look forward to seeing how the campaign takes off this spring!
